Okay. I’m still trying to figure the whole blog thing out. This is a big step for me. I’m 35, so I am at the lower end of the computer illiterate generation. I took a computer class my freshman year in college and I swear they never said ANYTHING about email. My sophomore year everyone was speaking in cool computer lingo that I am still catching up with.
I will post something better soon, but I wanted to spread the word that my family is walking around our neighborhood to raise money for children and pregnant mothers in Ethiopia.
Brian’s parents gave us $50 and asked us to turn it into more. All of the cousins on his side are involved in this soon to be Christmas tradition. We decided that our family would walk around our neighborhood for twelve hours (approximately 30 miles) and ask for people to sponsor us per mile. We will then donate the money to Compassion International’s Child Survival Program . If you would like to sponsor us or donate money send an email to bseay@us.ci.org We would love the support and this program is a great one to be involved in!
